Reading is my life. I read all day for work (I’m a proofreader) and it’s what I choose to do in my evenings, too. And on my weekends. And on vacation. You get the picture. I’m one of those people that can’t go anywhere without (at least) one book in my bag.
I’ll read just about anything, as long as it interests me – classics, literary fiction, sci-fi and fantasy, memoirs and autobiographies, YA, graphic novels, etc. I try not to be a snob about it, and I have a tendency to like things rather than find fault in everything. I also write, so I get how it can be hard to create something, and I guess I like to give authors the benefit of the doubt. Of course, when I don’t like something, you’ll know… I’m looking at you, sparkly vampires.
I’m not sure what else there is to know about me that’s terribly interesting. I live in a small town with an old dog that has severe separation anxiety, so I don’t go out all that much. I love art and music (who doesn’t?) and rewatching comfort movies and shows when I have time. I’m sure as time goes on I’ll find time to talk about things I like in more detail.
